Important Spiritual Exercises

Exercise is designed to help us stay fit and be healthier. In this blog I want us to look at together
4 Spiritual Exercises we need in our lives.
1)  Love
Hebrews 13:1 (AMP) Let love for your fellow believers continue and be a fixed practice with you [never let it fail]. Notice how love is to be a fixed practice in us.
2)  Praise Hebrews 13:15 AMPL. Through Him , therefore let us constantly and at all times offer up to God a sacrifice of praise, which is the fruit of our lips that thankfully acknowledge and confess and glorify His Name. Notice how we are admonished to constantly and at all time praise God.
3)  Prayer
Hebrews 13:18-19 (AMP) Keep praying for us, for we are convinced that we have a good (clear) conscience; that we want to walk uprightly and live a noble life, acting honorably and in complete honesty in all things. And I beg of you [to pray for us] the more earnestly, in order that I may be restored to you the sooner.  Notice the exhortation to keep praying.              
 Colossians 4:2 (AMP) Be earnest and unwearied and steadfast in your prayer [life], being both alert and intent in [your praying] with thanksgiving. Notice we are to be steadfast in our prayer life.
4)  Regular Church Attendance
Hebrew 10:25 (AMP) Not forsaking or neglecting to assemble together [as believers], as is the habit of some people, but admonishing (warning, urging, and encouraging) one another, and all the more faithfully as you see the day approaching. Notice the spiritual exercise of regular church attendance.
These 4 spiritual exercises when practiced will help keep us spiritually fit.
